Job Summary and Qualifications

The ITG Nursing Technologies team supports the implementation and support of clinical products and applications used to provide patient care, e.g. Mobile Heartbeat, Nurse Call, Vitals Devices, and Telemetry. 

The Product Analyst II responsibility includes the management and standardization of the Patient Monitoring program throughout the organization. They will provide support throughout the deployment of telemetry applications such as Philips, AirStrip, other third-party products across the enterprise, provide solution expertise, design detailed solution functionality, and identify and escalate significant application issues. They will continually mature their understanding of patient monitoring products by maintaining strong relationships with business partners and solution users. 

This individual will work collaboratively to implement and support enterprise deployment management that meet organizational needs and goals. They will exhibit a high degree of self-motivation as well as possess excellent communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills. 

Product Management 

  • Coordinate and oversee project plan and deliverables. 
  • Create meeting content and facilitate kickoff and facility core team calls. 
  • Partner with the Business Owners to drive standards, policies, and best practices across the organization. 
  • Responsible for collaboration with other team members for the business requirement documents and artifacts required for the development or deployment of primary application, features, and infrastructure. 
  • Design, plan, test, and execute application and solution deployments. 
  • Maintain and prioritize the feature backlog and roadmap based on department or organizational goals. 

Operations Support 

  • Participate in incident management and resolution. 
  • Contribute to Knowledge base, SharePoint documentation, and requirements documentation. 
  • Independently handles incidents and requests and follows through to resolution and communicates efficiently. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and investigate application issues as it pertains to patient monitoring. 
  • Follows standard ITG procedures and timelines for issue resolution. 
  • Identify product gaps and lead enhancement efforts. 

Miscellaneous 

  • Performs other duties as assigned. 
  • Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”. 
What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Three or more years of experience in Clinical Informatics setting required
  • Three or more years in Hospital or healthcare setting required
  • One or more years of experience in HL7 messages preferred
