Handle seed processing and packaging, including: * Receiving and scanning seeds * Cleaning and treating seeds * Sorting and counting seeds * Labeling and storing seeds * Perform outdoor field work, such as: * Planting * Pollinating * Hand harvesting * Taking notes and entering data * Use computers, Excel, and handheld devices to record information. * Help with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. * Organize and move seeds into storage areas. * Maintain accurate seed inventory using electronic systems. * Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and instructions. * Must be able to bend, lift, sit, or stand for long periods. * May need to work extra hours during busy/peak seasons. Education: High school diploma/GED or related experience. * Must understand English written and verbal instructions. * Experience required: 1-3 years. * Basic mechanical/equipment knowledge may be required.
