Biography:

Military Experience: 8.3 years

Work Experience: 9.2 years

Work Experience:

I am an MBA graduate from the NYU Stern School of Business, specializing in Finance and Strategy.

I served in the United States Navy from 2014 to 2022 onboard a nuclear submarine after graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Nuclear Engineering. After completing initial military and nuclear engineering training, I served as Reactor Controls Assistant and Electrical Assistant in the Engineering department on the ballistic missile submarine USS Pennsylvania, overseeing daily operations of the nuclear reactor plant. Concurrently, I served as Officer of the Deck, where I oversaw the navigation and operation of a $2B nuclear submarine and ensured the safety of 200 personnel onboard. I completed my military service on the human resources team in the promotions department of the Navy. In this role, I was the key liaison and internal consultant for legal and administrative matters regarding US Navy Officer promotion processes, providing guidance to senior Navy officials as they conducted the promotion boards.

I also interned at an investment bank for a year, gaining valuable experience in financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning.

I am now actively seeking a job in finance or strategy, but open to other areas as well.
