The NYC Financial Information Services Agency - Office of Payroll Administration (FISA-OPA) seeks to hire an IT Intern in the Technical Services group, who will help and learn how to support maintenance and security of our corporate Windows 11 environment. This role provides a learning experience in enterprise Windows administration, focusing on patch management (Ivanti, SCCM/MECM), endpoint reporting, and technical troubleshooting.The successful candidate will assist with system audits, utilize PowerShell and Excel for data analysis, and help resolve workstation issues to ensure seamless business operations.
